Sushi Belt style at this beautiful restaurant! But you can order special plates dishes off the menu. Our waiter Edvwardo so kind and pleasant to serve us ! Very large Metal made Budda at this restaurant! A must see if you are in the Barclay area of BHAM..
I just returned to Zen Sushi for the first time since the pandemic. The bartender Mel - she is absolutely amazing. Took great care of me and a new date. The food was so delicious, she was attentive and gave us phenomenal service, has great conversational skills, and many ideas for movie goers with drink specials. We will be back!
Fun, laid back atmosphere with fresh fish options. My son loves the belts and getting the plates off the conveyor.
Mallory B was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!! She was attentive, helpful and always there when we needed her. She got our orders quickly and promptly!!! I almost got mad when there was no coconut ice cream but Mallory saved the day with her smile and grace!!! Ten out of ten!!! You need to hire more people like her this place would be booming!!!! I will definitely be back!!!! Give her a raise!!!
Great sushi selection and wonderful service! We popped in for lunch at 1:45 on a Sunday afternoon, and we were able to eat a nice, tasty lunch, including drinks and a sashimi order, pay, and make our 3pm movie with plenty of time to spare. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive which was great for having a quick lunch. I've also had several busines lunches here, since the quiet atmosphere is perfect for conversation, and sushi is perfect for everything! Definitely recommend!
We chose to sit in the bar instead of out by the belt, and it was an awesome choice! You can still grab rolls off the belt, but the best part is that you order ANYTHING on the menu and get it fresh made! The bartender, Carmen is awesome, she makes great drinks and was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu! We’ll definitely be back!!
I went there tonight haven't been there for awhile the pricing seems pretty fair and inexpensive if you don't have too much. Crab rangoons deliciously creamy. The tuxedo meatballs were slightly sweet and cute. I tried the samurai roll and expected lots spice but it was mild if at all. The chicken was good but a little bland by itself. I had the mango ice cream and it was flavourful. They have some options for people who don't like fish like chicken, fries and desserts. The only issue I have is that sometimes you grab your food and it's cold but I didn't mind it. I had accidentally forgotten my headphones inside and our server came running out to give it back to me. Amazing service 5 stars
